Hamare dwara banaye gaye software/API ka use client apne risk par karta hai. *Business profit, growth ya legal compliance ki guarantee Surya Enterprises nahi deti.* Hum sirf technical solution provide karte hain.

*3. Payment & Refund Policy*  

- Advance ₹3,000 non-refundable hai kyunki development day-1 se start ho jata hai.  

- Monthly charge ₹1,400 service continuation ke liye hai.  

- 2 mahine ki service guarantee ka matlab hai *technical issues fix karna*, na ki business loss cover karna.  

*4. Client Responsibility*  

API ya software milne ke baad uska *galat use, illegal activity, ya third-party ko access* dena client ki zimmedari hogi. Surya Enterprises aise kisi bhi misuse ke liye responsible nahi hogi.

*5. No Public Site Claim*  

Hum *koi single login site operate nahi karte* jahan multiple users ek saath access karein. Agar koi aapko "Surya Enterprises ki official site" bol kar login/password maange to wo fake hai. Hamesha direct WhatsApp/Call par verify karein.

*6. Changes & Updates*  

Surya Enterprises bina prior notice ke apni services, pricing ya terms change karne ka adhikar rakhti hai. Updated info ke liye hamesha humse direct sampark karein.

*7. Limitation of Liability*  

Kisi bhi technical fault, data loss, ya third-party action se hue nuksan ke liye Surya Enterprises ki maximum liability *last paid monthly fee ₹1,400 tak* limited rahegi.
